Duplicating a document used to leave it pointing back at the original's files. A duplicate now carries its own copies.

When the agent is working on part of your document, you now see it highlighted live on the canvas and in the transcript.

The shell now rests at 14 controls, with everything else tucked behind one consistent disclosure instead of scattered across the screen.
